Cancellation Policy

At wbieyk.shop, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether it’s due to a mistaken order or a change of mind, we aim to offer a simple and transparent cancellation process. Please read the policy below carefully to understand how and when you can cancel an order.


1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us immediately at contact@wbieyk.shop with the subject line “Order Cancellation” and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for cancellation (optional)

Cancellations requested after the 12-hour window may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.


2. Order Already Shipped

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. In this case, you may need to wait for delivery and then proceed with a return under our Refund and Return Policy (if applicable).

We are unable to reroute, stop, or recall shipments once they have left our warehouse.


3. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders canceled within the eligible window:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Cancellation of Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, customers are required to inform us within the cancellation window. If you fail to cancel and refuse delivery, it may impact your ability to place COD orders with us in the future. Repeated refusals without cancellation may lead to account suspension or blocking of COD option.


5. Partial Order Cancellation

If you’ve placed an order with multiple items and want to cancel only some of them:

  • Please clearly specify which item(s) you’d like to cancel.

  • We will verify whether those items are still eligible for cancellation and proceed accordingly.

  • If successful, the remaining items will still be shipped as planned, and you will be charged only for those.


6. Cancellations by wbieyk.shop

In rare situations, we may cancel your order due to:

  • Unavailability of the item

  • Payment failure or suspected fraud

  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

  • Force majeure or operational issues (e.g., warehouse disruption)

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund (if applicable) to your original payment method.


7. Changing or Modifying Orders

We do not allow changes to orders (e.g., color, size, shipping address) once they have been placed. If you need to make a change, your best option is to cancel the order within 12 hours and place a new one.
